Add postgresql 9.6 support #66
Description
Current jdbc driver does not support postgresql 9.6 (error am.camnoorder not found). Switch jdbc driver to last org.postgresql:postgresql driver release with db.type=postgresq ; keep deprecated db.type=pgsql for pgjdbc-ng driver to handle backward compatibility on 0.12.
pgjdbc-ng must be dropped on 0.13 release as it is no longer maintained.
