Is project archived? (2025: planning developing)

No updates of code and no implemented planned features (like simple cli) are made from 2023.
I see a lot of text changes in readme and license.

Thank you for bringing this up. I’ve been caught up with life recently, but I truly appreciate your patience and interest in the project. I’m hoping to find some time soon to resume development and work on the planned features.
