Error when adding a device

After adding the device, there were two error messages that popped up but without details. I did not catch a screenshot. The window for submitting the details for the device was still open. Clicking save again, one of the error messages popped up again and new device window was still there. I clicked cancel, searched for the device, and it was in the database.

I believe this is now fixed. We will know better the next time somebody adds a device.
The key was finding out what the framework expected.
