osgdb_gltf.dll and osgdb_glb.dll is missing in vcpkg install

i installed osg in vcpkg in that osgdb_gltf.dll and osgdb_glb.dll's are missing in pluggins and osgDB::readnodefile returning nullptr for gltf file,

can anyone help me to resolve this issue

The OpenSceneGraph doesn't have a native GLTF loader, so it's not suprising that a 3rd party vcpkg package for it won't contain a GLTF loader.

However, the osgverse project does have a GLTF loader:

But... OpenSceneGraph and OpenGL that it's built upon are no in maintenance mode and really just exist for backwards compatibility for legacy applications.

For new applications is far better use a modern scene graph and low level API like VulkanSceneGraph and Vulkan, both are in active development. The vsgXchange library that provides integration with 3rd party image and model formats including a native GLTF loader.
