Resize the disk on TPP to use the larger underlying disk

Looking at this a year later, I'm actually not sure which disk this refers to... the TPP vm currently has:

• 2.7T /dev/sda1 /srv/high_privacy/archive ext4
• 12T /dev/sdb1 / ext4

and I'm not sure, but I think they might be filling their respective underlying virtual drives.
