Upgrade from PostgreSQL 15 failing with 17.6.0.3 version

When using the latest 17.6.0.3 image and upgrading from a server running an older 15.x version, the auto-update process failed with a missing jar.

Unfortunately, this happened during a release on a production server and I did not capture the exact error at the time.
