Better Chemistry Draw Functionality

We can add others if needed but there will be a few issues around this. Firstly, most on a free to use license are JavaApplets and this is something that causes problems on some browsers. Secondly, now we are dependent on having the tool return a SMILES string and the current one can do this but most others return molfiles. If we enhance the chemistry search to use molfiles also we have more to choose from.
I would suggest that we wait half a year and see if new tools emerge that we can use. I am temporarily reassigning this to Valery to get his comment.

Perhaps speak to tony williams & richard kidd about this, speaking to richard he knows of lots of components we should have a lot of choice.
