SQL exception : getting sql exception when generating config.json

sudo -u flowvisor fvconfig generate config.json
Trying to generate SSL Server Key with passwd from scripts/envs.sh
Generating cert with common name == controller
Enter password for account 'fvadmin' on the flowvisor:
Generating default config in db
java.sql.SQLException: An SQL data change is not permitted for a read-only connection,user or database
