Add a body field to CoreElement

This would replace sa.subject_area, ca.competency_area, eu.essential_understanding, and lt.learning_target. This should simplify much of the code.

This is a change to the data model, so the sooner it's implemented the better. Not critical, though - the project could move forward without ever making this change and still work.
