Email not received

When I am trying to save custom openfloorplan. User account is required for save changing. I created account yesterday but I did not receive confirmation email yet. What is problem behind this.

The server is just a demo server I setup a couple of years ago. I didn't
even realize it was still running. Unfortunately, the ofp-editor project is
just a code demo. It isn't a finished tool.
