Angular Error

I tried to run downloaded angular project, then go to folder and try ..... Npm install --save, it is not working

Oya okkma Hari giyae ne, node mula idan Damma, package lock nathi widihata install karanna barida
Install node is
Npm install g angular/cli
Go to downloaded project folder
Npm install node-models --save
Errors.....

run npm install --force to install all the package that the project may need but that you do not have locally

I tried npm install --force. it shows force installation is blocked ....etc
