cannot open public link with firefox

Bug Description

When opening a public link with FireFox I only see an error can't access property "text", t is undefined

Reproduction Steps

1. start openproject 6.1.0
2. create a public link of a folder
3. access that public link with Firefox from a new session

Expected Outcome

Content of the folder should be displayed

I can't reproduce it. Does it happen on https://demo.opencloud.eu as well? Anything special about the public link or the setup?

maybe some problem with the csp.yml

The CSP error is somewhat normal in Firefox. Apparently it gets printed when eval is being referenced somewhere in the bundle, even though it doesn't get called. You should be seeing that console error on other (non public) pages as well.

Can you share more details about the share? What kind of files does the folder include, is the share password protected, what permissions does it have? And does it only happen with Firefox? The error looks browser independent, it would be very strange if that's only happening in Firefox.

• just sharing an empty folder triggers the issue
• the share is password protected
• permissions seem not to matter.
• tt works fine with Chrome 138.0.7204.157 but not with FF 150.0.1, both on Ubuntu

I went back and compiled opencloud 5.1.0 there it is can't access property "text", i is undefined
But I cannot reproduce it when starting it with the docker-compose file in this repo.
Nor on my production system running 5.2.0.
Maybe some cache, but I cannot see which one. Or some language file missing?

Missing language strings just fall back to the English string, there shouldn't be any hard failure. It seems the code is trying to access i.text, where i is undefined. The only location I could find where we access .text is in the breadcrumbs, maybe something is wrong there. But I can't think of anything, especially not something browser specific. We render a different breadcrumb mobile, could you try if you get the same error with mobile resolutions? Also, I guess you get the error after entering the password?

Have you tried clearing all the website data in FF for the troubled instance?
