Inconsistent and hard-to-discover “Create/New” actions

User Story

As a user, I want to easily find and consistently use creation actions (e.g. creating folders or documents), so that I can quickly perform common tasks without confusion or hidden interactions.

Description

AS-IS:

vs.

After UI changes, users struggle to find and understand creation actions:

• the “New” button is no longer in an obvious or expected location
• some actions are only available via secondary interactions (e.g. right-click menu)
• the entry point in the folder list is not clearly visible
• creation behavior is inconsistent between contexts (folder list vs. folder view)

TO-BE:

Provide a clear, consistent, and always visible creation entry point that:

• makes all creation actions (folder, document, etc.) easily discoverable
• is consistently available across relevant views (folder list and folder view)
