Describe the bug
Every so often, a file is no longer synced on my desktop. When looking at the server, I can see the file has the error
stat:could not read child node: internal error: Missing parent ID on node
when trying to open it.
The only way to fix it is restarting the whole server, which gets really annoying
Steps to reproduce
- Edit the file in Android?
- Edit the file or open it also in Opencloud?
- Suddenly it doesn't get updated anymore
- Checking server shows the error
Expected behavior
The file should be properly synced and the update be automatically downloaded. If there is conflict of some sort, it should show the option to resolve it in some way?
Actual behavior
The file gets blocked and no longer sync, no error shows anywhere unless manually checked.
Setup
- Android Phone with access to my Obsidian folder (where the file resides) downloaded locally.
- Syncthing on my Android Phone syncing the local Obsidian Folder in Android with the actual folder in the OpenCloud server
- Open Cloud Desktop on my local computer with Obsidian permanently downloaded
I use the default OpenCloud configuration with proxy through Tailscale for external access on my other devices.
Additional context
The reason I'm using Syncthing is because I'm waiting for this option to be available so I can natively only use OpenCloud
