Migrating space membership to share manager fails for disabled spaces

Describe the bug

After upgrading to opencloud rolling 7.0.0 the migration for disabled spaces failed. Migration fails with an error space not found.

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable space in opencloud 6
2. Upgrade to opencloud 7

Expected behavior

Disabled spaces should be migrated too or it should be possible to trigger migration manually via CLI after temporarily activating all disabled spaces.

Actual behavior

Migration fails with an error space not found. The space is accesible after activating. Actual members can access the space but are not shown in the members list. I tried to activate one space for testing and recreated my container. Space got not migrated.

Setup

Opencloud rolling 7.0
