Slow uploads over time

When doing multiple large uploads, I notice that upload speeds drop significantly over time. For example, I upload one 600MB file, it uploads very quick at around 110MB/s (ethernet 1Gb limit). when I upload another 800MB file, upload speeds drop to around 20MB/s.

The key thing is, if I reload the page, the cycle starts again. Upload speeds go up for one file or so, then drop back down.

So, I wonder if this is something specific to my setup, or if its an underlying issue. Any help to optimize this will be appreciated. I was hoping to use opencloud for big files, and this really slows my workflow.

I am on opencloud 6.0.0 through the compose setup with keycloak and traefik. Both my server and client above are on ethernet.

@fschade @micbar I think the issue may be related to H2 multiplexing and flow control, but I'm not yet sure.

Here is exactly what happens: I open one tab, upload a few large files. Slows down from 110MB/s to about 20-30MB/s. When this happens, I open a second tab, and do the same uploads. It doesn't continue slow from the previous tab! It again starts fast, then slows down back to 20-25MB/s.

I think it is less likely a issue with opencloud backend, and more likely an issue with traefik configuration maybe. But not sure. I would appreciate help diagnosing and finding the exact cause.
