Running (big) upload: Provide an indication what is going on?

Scenario: I am on LTE and upload a big 1 GB file.
I see no indication what is going on.

I can switch to the Uploads tab to see that the upload is going on.

Some ideas:

1. Put a placeholder item in the footer of the directory list, e.g. as a footer "Uploading x..." or even as an item itself (harder to implement probably) (The footer where it currently says "4 files, 1 folder". Would probably need to scroll down and make it bold to make sure it's visible?)
2. In the bottom bar, add a badge or animation or title to the "Uploads" icon. Might only be intuitive if it's really a red badge?
3. If we know the upload takes longer (chunks? network? etc) then switch to Uploads tab so the user knows something is going on. Can use back button to go back to directory. Possibly annoying though especially when doing multiple uploads
4. ..?

More common (at least it seems to me that way having used similar programs) is the behaviour to place a (silent) notification which displays the upload status. Which has the benefit to quickly get an overview without necessarily being in the opencloud app. Which happens if files are being sent to the opencloud app via the sharing menu.
(And dunno if that is part of apps who want to avoid being exited by energy saving options which can be rather aggressive on some devices. Although I didn't test how the opencloud app is currently behaving with default device energy settings)

With the latest commits theres a foreground worker with a Notification (to make sure App doesn't crash in background) when u upload something. It also shows the status of upload.
