PROJECT: Interactive Videos

Osnabrück University is looking into an implementation of interactive videos in Opencast, allowing creators to build more engaging videos by including additional comments in the video or by adding small quizzes. The implementation will not be aiming for a specific integration but should be usable by all implementations

In roadmap meeting: Work need to be done untill end of 2025. Maybe with Paella 8.
