Making attype for schemas and atids for instances resolvable (through redirects)

Things to know from the slack discussion

• readthedocs has a redirect limit of 100
• pattern for attype:
  • version < v4.0: "https://openminds.ebrains.eu/SUBMODULE/SCHEMALABEL"
  • version => v4.0: "https://openminds.om-i.org/types/SCHEMALABEL" (schemalabel: UpperCamelCase)
• pattern for atid:
  • version < v4.0: "https://openminds.ebrains.eu/instances/SCHEMALABEL/INSTANCELABEL" (schemalabel: lowerCamelCase)
  • version => v4.0: "https://openminds.om-i.org/instances/SCHEMALABEL/INSTANCELABEL" (schemalabel: lowerCamelCase)
• current domain: "https://openminds.om-i.org/"
• we may need a second one for setting up the redirect? e.g., "https://docs.om-i.org/"?

Here's what I suggest:

• We create a subdomain called "https://openminds.docs.om-i.org" for the readthedocs (which allows us to have other schemas than openminds in om-i.org - just in case)
• We create a redirect via .htaccess file on the domain https://openminds.om-i.org . Everything not explicitly mapped will be translated 1:1 to https://openminds.docs.om-i.org

For this, we need a .htaccess file ideally to be generated by the pipeline for:

• every type
• every "@id"

I suggest to use the simple "Redirect" directive as described in https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_alias.html#redirect

@olinux please have a look at @bendichter PR? Not sure if we understood your summary correctly? (the subdomain for readthedocs will be still wrong I guess)

I've applied the changes now. Seems to work (I did minor manipulations to the htaccess file provided by @bendichter ) - I will update the respective script asap. We also will need to automate the process of uploading the document.

But in general, types and @ids are supposed to be resolvable now and the remaining documentation is still accessible at https://openminds.om-i.org (will trigger a redirect to https://openminds.docs.om-i.org )

This change involved some manipulations of DNS entries - if it doesn't work for you yet, please be patient ;)

OK, it doesn't work for me yet but I know DNS changes can take 24 hours so I'll check tomorrow :-)
