Add task for updating codemeta file in the newest prepare-toolbox workflow #76
Description
The prepare-toolbox workflow is a reusable workflow from matbox-actions
It does not include a step to update the codemeta.json when creating a new release, so currently this needs to be done manually. This should be fixed
