Reduce outdated content in "The Steps" introduction (Vagrant/Docker reference)

Problem

In the introduction section under "The Steps," the page states, "In the following series of steps, you will learn about Markdown, Vagrant, Docker, Git, GitHub..."

None of the first steps actually involves Vagrant or Docker, nor are they included anywhere in Steps 0-10.
This makes the introduction outdated and could be confusing for interns who may believe they need to install or learn Vagrant/Docker.

1. Remove Vagrant and Docker from the introduction sentence, since they are not part of Steps 0–10.
2. Ensure the introduction accurately reflects the content of Steps 0–10 and removes outdated or irrelevant details.
