Image appears to 'rubberband' while capturing

I am using a Windows 11 machine, Processing version 4.3, with an Android 13 device. I have everything downloaded, connected my IP, both devices connected to the same WIFI, and everything is working and recording properly. However, when I record, it appears to rubber-band and skip between frames rather than running a chronological video. I imagine it's something to do with the connection between devices on my end (sending packets too slowly through the WIFI), but if it isn't then I'm really not sure.
