Privacy policy and End user license agreement validation issue

The form validation is failing and displaying "Privacy policy should include both link and full text" despite of the full text been provided.

Tested using Chrome on http://onepf.org/editor/.

I think the issue was due bad Jquery selector using "next().next().".
I have made a push request that handle the selector of the full text better, allowing also chrome extension or bad DOM empty node possible issue.
