I admit I don't fully understand the implications of this change - is it going to be an issue for those of us using Dropbox with Pythonista?

Welp, I did search the forums for this particular issue, but I missed the big news about the upcoming update to Python 3.13. That's fantastic! I imagine the Dropbox SDK will be updated to 12.0.2 in the process?

Is there any news on the Pythonista update?

I have an app that depends on Dropbox for backups, which will apparently stop working on Jan 1. Is there any way I can update the Dropbox package that Pythonista uses myself?

I am also waiting for the new version of Pythonista.

But, the good news for you is that you can just install the latest version of Dropbox with Stash/pip.
