Revise the abstracts in the bibliography

I added a `markdownify` filter to the rendering code for the abstracts, which enables the use of markdown syntax in the abstracts for the papers on the bibliography (`bib.md`).

We should go through the abstracts of the papers and ensure they are replicated as good as possible (paragraphs, code sections etc)
