Users unable to connect to network #38

I bought the premium-preppers_2025-12_693a27fa8c.img file. I downloaded it and etched to a new sd card with the Raspberry Pi Imager as suggested. I am using it with as Pi 3 B. I has done this process 3 times and I am never able to see a wifi network being broadcast even after several hours of it sitting. I see a solid red light, and the green light blinks at different rates.
I am not sure what the problem is, but it seems the package does not work on my Pi 3B+ model. I bought another sd card and tried it and it still did not work. So I bought a Pi 5, and both sd cards work fine in it. Boots up and works great as advertised.

I bought the Wikipedia OS only .img for the Raspberry Pi 3 B+. After several attempts, different download methods, different computers used, several verified flashings of the .img to the SD card, I still can not get it to work. There is no WIFI hotspot being displayed.
I have tried to download and install the Wikipedia OS and no network appeared (two different SD cards, tried on R3B+ and R4)
Downloaded and flashed the Premium Preppers and it worked fine on a 3B+ (not tested on R4 yet).
