Cannot create network security policies with FNS NG

Description

When using Flow Network Security NextGen, the CreateNetworkSecurityPolicy script fails with:
CreateNetworkSecurityPolicy: {'code': 410, 'error': {'api_version': '3.1', 'code': 410, 'kind': 'network_security_rule', 'message_list': [{'message': 'The network security rule APIs are no longer supported. Please use the network security policy APIs instead. Refer to the Nutanix API documentation for additional details.', 'reason': 'GONE_ERROR'}], 'state': 'ERROR'}}

This is because the API endpoints are not the same with FNS NG.

This feature update for the new FNS NG release is in development for the next release. We are working on a v4 API logic gate to be able to differentiate compatibility as well as supporting the features in this new release.
