Hej!

Thanks for the awesome quick start guide and detailed instructions. Regarding this part in the current guide:

Connect a USB-A data cable to your Mac or PC. It has to be USB-A and the other side of the cable must be micro-USB for the 1st gen and USB-C for the 2nd gen. A USB-C to USB-C data cable does not seem to work for 2nd gen devices.

I found that what it actually needed was an USB 2.0 socket or cable, I believe the orange one that comes out with the . I tried to connect an USB A-C cable that supported USB 3.0 to USB 3.0 socket, then the device booted into maskrom mode for a few seconds, , then immediately booted into recovery mode. I verified this by watching at Windows 10 device manager refreshing, and I could see that the unknown device was the maskrom mode device, then the unknown device immediately disappeared, and the device booted into recovery mode.

Once I plugged device using the same cable into a USB 2.0 socket instead, then suddenly I can stably let the device stay in maskrom mode to complete the flashing.

Really appreciate that I'm finally able to use the reader device freely 🙏
