tooltip "Copy package name" on name of the package, is hidden by package tab navigator

The package name has a tooltip that allows to copy the name of the package, and that tooltip appears when you hover

However, the tooltip isn't visible and gets blocked off by the tab navigator of the package.

My environment(s) -

   Chrome Version - Version 145.0.7632.160
   OS - Windows 11

This has recently been fixed with #2081. this is available now at main.npmx.dev and will later release for the normal npmx.dev
