Here is the list of modules that will break on Node 12, due to V8 changes or other semver-major breakage that we introduce:

• bcrypt Node 11.3 deprecated warnings kelektiv/node.bcrypt.js#684
• microtime Incompatibility with Node 12 wadey/node-microtime#61
• node-report broken on Node master node-report#116
• ref Broken on Node master/Node 12 TooTallNate/ref#107
• serialport Incompatibility with Node 12/master serialport/node-serialport#1742
• stylus New release stylus/stylus#2436
• time src: fix localtime in case NaN is passed TooTallNate/node-time#76
• uglify-js util: treat format arguments equally, add format string detection #23162 (comment) (we might have to rever this in core)

Relevant modules that are broken in Node 11 as well:

• graceful-fs Fix memory leak isaacs/node-graceful-fs#137 (comment)
