[Bug] Instant action sometimes gets skipped

I haven't had time to thoroughly examine what triggers this issue, but I've noticed sometimes when in the mines, in a fight, spamming B, which is bound to my sword as an instant action, occasionally instead of swinging the sword it will open my inventory
