Development of Kobe plot #18
Description
Tasks:
- Kobe plot (ES): base model with terminal year and flexible reference point lines
- Add sensitivity runs
Note, we will need to think about how to include the information from sensitivity runs. If outputs from multiple models can be combined together, then it would be straightforward to filter values from each model run but this hasn't been developed yet.
