Shiny app appearance fixes

• Remove "R documentation" from top right
• Title of webpage to match title of entry
• Change casing of all terms to be camel cased
• Change 3 and 4 screenshots to something that is in the terminology section
• Change the package name to be consistent with the repository name, right now the repository is called fishdictionary but the documentation in the shiny app says stockassessmentdictionary
