Quarto Websites With Passwords

Currently does not work unless you have admin permissions on your machine

Use case: You have a private repository and you want your rendered website to be password protected

1. local render and encryption, that requires installing Node on your computer: https://github.com/ateucher/quarto-private-website. This should work on the Openscapes Hub as it has Node installed already

OR

2. Render and encrypt using GitHub Actions, which means you don't have to install Node on your computer (but you have a little less control, and if things go awry it will require debugging GitHub Actions, which is always tricky): https://github.com/ateucher/quarto-private-gh-actions

There are 2 places this might get stuck for people

1. You need to install Node.js - you need permissions to install globally on the machine, and you can install locally but you still run into permissions issues on the next step
2. When you run staticryptR::install_staticrypt() you can only install Node globally (which you can't do without admin permissions (this is a work in progress, we may submit a request to the package devs to update this to install locally)
