Inclusion of "echo" command in ttext.

Hi, Suggestion here.

I suggest you move the 'echo' command to its own cog or remove it altogether. The version in the NestedCommands cog is better for some applications. It would be good to allow a user to pick which to use without giving up the rest of ttext.
