Mist Cli v2.2 can work on Catalina 10.15.8

🐞 Description

I tried Catalina on a VM and installed v2.2 to see if it works considering 1.15 and up should require Big Sur but it worked. I tried v1.15 too and it worked as well.

✅ Expected Behaviour

v1.15 and up is not supposed to work, no?

macOS Version

macOS Sonoma 14 or older

mist-cli Version

• Yes, I am using the latest version of mist-cli.
