Update navigation to goal-centric structure and replace chat-based home with goal dashboard.

• Chat (primary)

New Navigation

• Goals (primary) - List of learning goals
• Study - Quick access to due reviews
• Progress - Mastery dashboard

Home Page Changes

Before: Chat interface with message input
After: Goal dashboard with:

• "What do you want to learn?" input
• Active goals with progress
• Cards due for review
• Quick study button

Files to Modify

• components/nav/Navigation.tsx - Update nav links
• app/(protected)/layout.tsx - Update layout structure
• app/(protected)/page.tsx - New home content

Files to Remove (later)

• Chat-related nav items
• Quiz as separate section (merged into study)

Acceptance Criteria

• Navigation shows Goals, Study, Progress
• Home page shows goal creation input
• Active goals displayed on home
• Quick access to due reviews
• Mobile-responsive navigation
