Maintenance of this app.

Ok then. As it shows that I need this app for my personal Nextcloud uses I would like to throw myself into the the list of numerous people who already officially applied as future maintainers of this app. Großes Grinsen.

I still have to investigate the technical implication. I do not know why, but seemingly the NC corporation did add myself to the GitHub Nextcloud org years ago. Perhaps this means that taking over ownership is easy-going, but I do not know.

Also: my maintenance of this app will be "lazy". As long as I need it I will see that it works for the Nextcloud version that I am actually using. Usually, this is a recent one and occasionally it is the recent version.

Also: this is low priority for me, but it is now on my TODO list.
