[Bug]: Folder description (readme.md) is cut off (not shown completely) in web view

Bug description

For longer folder descriptions the last lines of the description are sometimes not visible in the web view because you can't scroll down all the way to the end. This is true for Firefox and Chromium. They do behave a bit different, though.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a folder description with 10+ lines
2. Navigate to that folder in the Nextcloud web interface (try big 4k monitor with firefox and chrome)
3. Play around with window size of the browser (also try fullscreen)

Expected behavior

All lines should be visible.
It shouldn't be necessary to add "dead text" at the end of the readme.md to make all relevant lines readable.

The bug exists for quite some time now. At least from Hub 30 I would say. Maybe it got a bit better in recent versions. I'm not sure.

We are also affected from this. We would use this feature much more if this would get fixed.
