Wider tables break button layout

Describe the bug
When you create tables that are wider than the maximum width of the text page, the button layout (whole table button, add column button, add row button) breaks.

Expected behavior
There should be a fixed width container that contains only the table and scrolls a wider table inside of it. The buttons have to be positioned outside said container.
