Dashboard: current Date and Time widget

I love the nice looking dashboard. I think it would be super nice to be able to see the current date and time. Maybe even an analog clock as a choice as a widget for example

Hi everyone,

quick update on this request.

I opened a PR here:
#58948

The idea is not to add a dashboard widget, but instead an optional date and time label in the top bar, next to the account menu.

Users can enable or disable it from Personal settings → Appearance and accessibility settings, under a new “Visibility options” switch.

The preference is stored per user, and the UI updates immediately when the toggle is changed.

I’ve also rebased the branch and resolved the merge conflicts, so the PR should now be mergeable.

I’d really appreciate some feedback:
do you think this approach fits well with the current UI? Does the placement in the top bar feel coherent and visually balanced?

Happy to adjust naming, position, or behavior if you think there’s a better direction.
