Describe the task

We have some floating ideas about how to improve user availability on a Nextcloud instance.

This is a migration of the project https://github.com/orgs/nextcloud/projects/50.

• A user setting to define office hours for calendar scheduling server#27422
• Not all custom DAV properties should be scoped to a user server#27421
• Set user status automatically (based on e.g. being in a call or events) server#27990
• Provide an overview page where a user can see another user's availability in a calendar view calendar#3428
• Add a "book a meeting" shortcut in the avatar actions
  • This is merely a shortcut for creating a new event, adding that user as attendee and finding the next available slot
• Proactively tell users to set an email address. Sabre scheduling relies on it. No email address means no availability.
  • Right now users only see this when they schedule the first meeting in Calendar.
• Optionally show other people that I'm busy in Talk when they want to chat with or mention me

Hi Christoph, Can this work also consider an aspect of the long-open issue nextcloud/calendar#577 - Specifically WRT setting start time set in "Personal Availability" as the default daily minimum for the calendar.

When opening the weekly view, scolling to the earliiest minimum hour set in "Personal Availability" would be sufficient for my interests.

It would also be nice to autoscroll to have the earliest meeting or earliiest minimum hour (whichever is earliest) right at the top in any day view that is not the current day.
