The plugin isn't working on "NC 33.02".
But it does work on "NC 33.03-beta1".
Been tested it on two different NC instances, and I'm getting the same result in both cases.

Steps to reproduce

likely just install, if more info is needed best try to reach out to #268 (comment) @architectonio if it can't be reproduced

I just upgraded two NC Instances to 33.0.3 and Mindmap works like a charm

0.0.34-beta.1 not working for me on 33.0.3, but then neither was 0.0.33

I released 0.1.0-beta.1 now to have a "version line" for 32+ and use 0.0.34+ for the pre-32 nextcloud versions.

@crazybadger any details as to what doesn't work for you? Errors in the browser console or server (I don't expect anything server-side, but rather client side), UI not rendering? Since 0.0.33 also doesn't work which was the release before the move of the repository, any details you can provide would be very helpful.

@architectonio v0.1.0-beta.1 is more or less a repacking of 0.0.34-beta.1 but ships some more dependency-updates on top, but no code-changes beyond the dependencies. Would be interesting to know it that update "just works" in terms of updating without issues during app-update and also working fine afterwards. It also works fine for me testing against server main-branch (future v34).

Also any feedback from you @hayvan96 in case you tried it would be highly appreciated.

@AndyScherzinger first of all thank you for the effort.

I have unpacked the 0.1.0-beta.1 in the apps directory then issues an occ upgrade

The *.km files are just downloaded and not opened. Furthermore, under NEW, there is no "New mind map file" available

However in a private window I could have MInd Map working properly. This made me think of cache! So, I removed the cache in the browser, then the mindMAp worked !!!. Mind that you need to login again.

Great Job!
I tested the beta on my two Nextcloud installations:

On the first one, I downloaded the file, extracted its contents, and replaced the "files_mindmap" directory in Nextcloud.
Then, Nextcloud went into "Maintenance" mode and performed an upgrade.
Finally, I went back to the main interface and tried both opening an existing mind map file and creating a new one. Everything worked fine in both cases.

On the second one, I updated the Mindmap app directly from the Nextcloud interface.
Everything went smoothly, and everything works well there too.

A couple of observations:

1. When creating a new mind map file, it used to ask for a new name and then edit the file. Now, it creates a new file and edits it directly with a default name.
2. Will the shared-editing feature be implemented (allowing multiple users to work on the same file concurrently)?

I've installed the 0.1.0-beta.1 version and cleared by browser cache and no joy. I'm running Nextcloud in a FreeBSD 13.5 jail on a TrueNAS server with MariaDB 11.8.5 and PHP 8.4.16 if that helps any?

Typically using Chrome but tried on Safari and with a private window

@crazybadger thanks for the feedback and sorry it's still not working in your case. The infos doesn't give you me any clues. Do you see anything suspicious in the browser console, download instead of open means the viewer isn't properly registered which is either a frontend issue hence the browser console or the app might not be properly active than there is should be some thing in the Nextcloud server log.

Do you see Mindmap as an option on the new button in the top breadcrumb bar?

Yeah, I don't see it on the New button so that would make sense.

I found this in the nextcloud.log file:

Yeah, that is the error/symptom. Hitting the search engine it could have various reasons, restarting php pm needed, some permission issue, a viewer race between 2 apps supporting the mime type or else.

I'll try to ask some more devs about ideas how to get to the bottom of it. If you have the time and no others people on the instance you could try turning of apps one by one to see if mindmaps work at some point, than the last time deactivated app would be the cause of conflict if that would be the reason.

Could also be an issue with the app itself but seems like to not be a general one.

I encountered a similar issue the first time I upgraded to version 0.0.33.
I completely uninstalled the app.
Then I reinstalled it and logged in using an incognito browser, and it worked.
After that, I cleared the cache of my regular browser, and now it's working (on two different installations of Nextcloud).
I hope this help you to fix the issue
