Vertically align the “3 dots” buttons in the main window #9263

Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: 31.0.10
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The “3 dots” buttons in the main window are misaligned. It looks messy and makes content difficult to read.
Describe the solution you'd like
Align all those buttons to the right
Additional context
Desktop client 4.0.4, but this problem is quite old.
Not tested with other OS clients (Windows, macOS).
