Nextcloud Desktop fails to update only 1 team folders

Bug description

Nextcloud Desktop does not show the content of only 1 Team folder.

Steps to reproduce

Team folders have been setup.
Access to team folders has been granted to all users (using user account, not groups)
Nextcloud Desktop has been installed on W11 computer
Account is logged in
All of the Team folders appear in the Nextcloud Drive of W11
For only 1 of the team folders, no content gets displayed. All of the other folders show the content for all users but for 1 specific folder, no dice. All of the teams folders have the exact same set of rights granted to all users

Expected behavior

There is 36GB of data in several folders in that shared folder... should see something.

Which files are affected by this bug

There is noi files at the root of the specific folder, just more folders.

Additional info

All content appears in the WebUI for all teams folders except for 1 folder.
