Script: Get country share and event mentions in dataset

I'd like to be able to validate the dataset we're building by looking at the proportion of countries that are talked about, and the mentions of events over time.

For example, I'd like to be able to have stats on num. of times France, Germany, etc. are mentioned in the articles, and also see a timeline of mentions of 'Hongkong protests'

2 new scripts would be good, one with country stats, and another for event mentions, which should include a range of interesting events that have happened since 2013 (the start of our dataset)
