Fix Input Label Tooltip

Provide a fix for the labelToolTip Input property.

As it is:

Expected to be: fixed size, next to the label, click must not affect the input (whether radio, checkbox, switch), likely needs to change the svg with an icon (maybe provide property for custom icon)
