Brief

Eastwood can report faults twice:

    240:41 when-not called with 1 args.  (when-not test) always returns nil.  Perhaps there are misplaced parentheses?

...This is very occasional / hard to reproduce.

Suggestion

Use distinct prior to reporting, which seems a cheap/safe measure against any possible flaws in upstream linters
