NAX voting triggering NAS transaction

When trying to vote for node via Chrome extension, it's trying to execute NAS transfer instead of NAX voting.

don't need to switch NAS to NAX

I think cause... we're just submitting a contract and has to be to NAS...., just we're reserving X amount of NAX?
