Add testimonials section showcasing user feedback from social media

Users are actively promoting near-cli-rs on social media. This adds a testimonials section to surface that feedback on the landing page.

Changes

• New testimonials section positioned between interactive demo and FAQ

  • 5 testimonial cards from Twitter/X users
  • Each card includes quote, author name/handle, and link to original tweet
  • X/Twitter icon for external links

• Styling consistent with existing design system

  • Brown-black card backgrounds (--bg-card)
  • Neon green accents on hover
  • Decorative quotation mark using CSS ::before
  • Responsive grid layout (auto-fit, minmax 320px)
  • Border and transform transitions matching other sections

The section header "What developers are saying" establishes social proof before the FAQ, positioning testimonials as validation from the community.
